About me

My name is Trees Wijnands and living in Roermond in the southern part of the Netherlands. I am married with Jos Cox. We have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

In 2009 I started with ceramics and was immediately hooked about it! Since that time I followed lots of classes and workhops. I want to understand the ins and outs of ceramics. In 2015 my interest in glazes was great, but I didn't want to use ready made glazes. Of course you can do a lot with them, but I wanted my own style. After playing around with glazes, I started in Covid year 2020 with a more comprehensive study of glazes. I want to use this knowledge to make jewels of ceramics.
